Spring is in the air! The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and nature is coming alive again. Hope is happening, and the winter is behind us. Temperatures are warming and giving us all a new sense of life. May is also a time for each person to escape the “winter blues,” and look forward to a new sense of hope for our spirit and life. May is mental health month and a time to reach out if needed.

Be kind and loving to yourself and take care of all your health needs -- medical, physical, and emotional. Having hope and caring for yourself is a spiritual blessing. Romans 12:12: “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” Take care of yourself and be hopeful!
