We as a Christian fellowship at St. Joe have undertaken a three-year Capital Campaign of five desired projects with a price tag of $257,000. We began the year with campaign seed gifts in hand of $55,000. $39,160 in additional giving has been received so far this year (as of 10/17) for a total of $94,160 as reflected on the Campaign thermometer display in the Great Room.
This amount has allowed us to already complete the upgrade and paving replacement of the parking lot, which by the way was completed within $300 of the original project budget. Our Campaign balance at present is $34,301.16. The Electronic Message Board Team began the process of purchasing a new sign on Friday, November 12. We anticipate the installation to take 5-8 weeks. Thank You to the Capital Campaign team of Rev. David Mitchell, Sherri Chaney, Denise Marquart and Bill. Thank You to the Electronic Message Board team of Bob and Karen Lothamer, Charlotte Evard, Stacey Ramsey, Sydney Ramsey and Janae Byman.

St Joe has raised $94,160 of our $257,000 goal!We are just $6,000 short of paying for our new outdoor sign, the second approved project. Church Leaders will be finalizing the contractor and sign design within the next two weeks, in hopes of installing it by the end of 2021. We are grateful for all who are investing in our building and property renovations. Look for more details on the campaign in this week’s E-Newsletter.
St. Joe Community Church adopted a Capital Campaign in April 2021 to raise $257,000 for these five projects:
We have seen God raise $74,110 so far towards our 5 projects. Our parking lot is finished! $62,000 was the cost of that project. We have $12,110 left to go to the Digital Sign. We are 30% of the way there! Commitments were made by 19 members of St. Joe Community Church for the Capital Campaign in the amount of $1,513/month. Approx. $7,139 in giving is needed monthly to meet our 3 yr. Capital Campaign goal. Are you up to date on your commitments? Please help us to continue the beautification of St. Joe Community Church. Remember to designate your Capital Campaign giving from your normal tithe. |
