Capital Campaign Update
06/26/2022 Campaign Projects 1, 2 and 3 are completed. These projects were repaving parking lot, electronic sign installation and Sanctuary roof repair. Projects 1, 2, and 3 were all completed under budget. The campaign team’s intention is to initiate a renewed campaign marketing emphasis during Summer 2022. This effort is necessary to either acquaint or re-acquaint people that our campaign is now in its second year and what we as a people originally set out to complete. The focus will concern the campaign projects 4 & 5. Projects 4 & 5 in the Capital Campaign, approved by the congregation, have a combined budget amount of $125,000. They include:
A sequence of the completion of each project will be update as we go. Receipts from Campaign Inception thru May 3, 2022 $170,645 $134,500 came from five large donations. $36,145 came from general congregational giving. The remaining campaign requirements of $86,355 would require two-plus additional campaign years at that same giving level. Current Availability towards Projects 4 & 5 $54,154 Work will start on phase 4 when we have costs estimates, timing sequences and visual design concepts from Denise Hunter and her team. Denise and her team made a presentation to the Campaign team in early June. Member of the Capital Campaign team are Rev. David Mitchell, Sherri Chaney, Denise Marquart and Bill Wallace
