A plan for attending Sunday Worship:

Children (K-6th grade)
The Children's Ministry at St Joe Community Church seeks to communicate to children the love and forgiveness found in the gospel of Jesus Christ. One way we do that is through the weekly Kids Connection, a safe and fun way for your children to start learning about the love of God and experiencing this love within a faith community. Infants through 5th Graders have their own classes during our 10:30 am Sunday worship. They experience Bible stories, activities and songs.

Greeting Ministry
With a steady flow of newer people joining us for worship on Sundays, we feel it is time to re-launch our greeter ministry. If you used to be a greeter, or if you are new to the church, (and know first-hand how important this ministry is) we would love to have you join us. To join the team you must have the ability to smile and say “Good Morning!”, it’s that easy! If you missed our information meeting this past Sunday morning, but would like to be on the greeting team – please email Jon Moody at JMoody221@gmail.com.

Youth (6th - 12th grade)
St Joe Student Youth Ministry is for 6th through 12th graders. Our mission is to provide a community of students who seek to fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. We provide regular opportunities for students to connect with God, connect each other, and connect with our church family.

Connection Groups
Why Connection Groups?Acts 5:42 says “Every day in the temple complex, and in various homes, they continued teaching and proclaiming the good news that the Messiah is Jesus.” HCSB We see from this practical example that the early church gathered in large assemblies (in the temple complex) and in small groups (in various homes).
We believe a small group setting is the best place to experience the purposes of the church in personal and practical ways. Sunday worship attenders examine the five purposes, but Connection Group attenders experience the five purposes. Connection Group participants get to know people better and learn how to encourage and help one another in practical ways. What are Connection Groups?Connection Groups are small groups of people who meet regularly in homes, restaurants, or other adaptable areas in order to fulfill God’s purposes for the church in personal and practical ways. Groups come in a variety of sizes. We have groups for men and women, mixed aged groups, younger and older adult groups and more.
